3. Booking and Registration
3.1 Book directly through our website or via authorized partners. A booking is confirmed only after our approval and receipt of payment.
3.2 You must provide all necessary documentation, including identification and valid travel insurance details.
3.3 Before confirming your booking, we may require a fitness-to-travel declaration and proof that your insurance covers the planned activities.
4. Pricing and Currency

5. Payments
5.1 Payments are mainly accepted via bank transfer. Bookings are valid only after full payment. Late payments may lead to cancellation.
5.2 In line with package travel regulations, payments are secured until services are provided.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply as follows:

100% of total cost if cancelled 44 days or less before departure.
6.2 We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellations.
6.3 Promo Codes may be offered under specific conditions. They cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other promotions.
7. Travel Arrangements
7.1 Participants are responsible for reaching the meeting point. We can provide advice and connections with other travelers.
7.2 Baggage restrictions may apply depending on activities and destinations.
8. Fitness to Travel
8.1 You must inform us of any health conditions that could affect your participation. We will try to accommodate special needs where possible.
9. Insurance
9.1 Participants must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and activity-related risks. Proof may be requested.
9.2 Safety is our top priority. We work only with trusted local partners and providers.
10. Modifications
10.1 We may adjust bookings when necessary. Special requests are subject to availability and may involve extra costs.
11. Complaints

13. Personal Property and Risk

You must hold valid travel insurance covering medical issues, cancellations, and risks connected to your activities. Proof of coverage may be requested.
18. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure your documents, visas, and health checks comply with the destination’s requirements.
19. Booking Process

19.2 A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation.
